Soak eight hours, rinse and drain. Spread evenly in sprouter. Rinse sprout two to three times per day for three or four days. Do not expose garbanzo sprout to sunlight.

Garbanzo sprout makes an enzyme rich humus when sprouted one to two days and mixed in a blender. Garbanzo sprout beans are rich in carbohydrates, fiber, calcium and protein as well as magnesium, potassium and vitamins A and C.
