What You'll Be Doing

As a Retail Team Member, you'll play an important part in the everyday experience at Crunchy Depot.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and helping them find what they need.
• Learning about our products and sharing helpful information within your training.
• Operating the register and handling transactions.
• Receiving, stocking, rotating, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintaining accurate pricing, labels, and attractive displays.
• Keeping our store clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Helping with opening, closing, and daily store operations.
• Packaging and assisting with manufacturing store-branded products.
• Working together to accomplish tasks and keep things running smoothly.
• Schedule & Availability

We're looking for two part-time team members, averaging approximately 20 hours per week each.

We're also open to considering one full-time team member (32–40 hours per week) if we find an exceptional fit.

Typical shifts include:

Monday–Friday

• Opening: 8:45 AM–2:30 PM
• Midday: 11:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Closing: 2:30 PM–7:15/7:30 PM

Saturday: 9:45 AM–6:15 PM

Full Saturday availability is required, but our team rotates Saturday shifts so everyone has opportunities for family time!

Sunday: Always closed!

Schedules are based on store needs and individual availability. Flexibility is important.

• Team members do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
• These openings are for Retail Team Members, not management positions.
