Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Crunchy 🌻 Depot! Please review our shipping policy below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods or promotional events.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only offer shipping within the United States of America. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order online using the provided tracking number.

  • Missing/Broken Products: In the rare event that a product is missing or arrives broken, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order. Please provide an image of the order that clearly shows the products, as well as a photo of the broken, spilled product or issue. If the shipping box was damaged, please also include a photo of the damaged box so we can contact the carrier. Call us immediately and we will give you instructions on where to send the photos. 

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make changes to or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed for shipping.
