Butterfly Pea Flower

Butterfly pea flowers don't have much of a taste. They're much like a very light green tea and taste only slightly vegetal. Generally, butterfly pea flowers are added to different tea blends and citrus drinks and aren't typically brewed on their own.

Add citrus or an acid and it changes color from Blue to Purple.
