Horny Goat Weed

Horney goat weed is a flowering, perennial member of the barbery family that is indigenous to China, Korea and Japan. The herb has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine to address depleted kidney yang and declining virility.

Directions

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
