Directions

Soak 6 to 8 hrs. in 4 part water warm to 1 part seed. Rinse and drain. spread in sprouter, rinse and drain 3 times per day, keep from light until 3rd or 4th day. warm temp. increases growth.

Suggested Uses

White fuzz may appear but these are natural capillary roots, rinse hulls away by immersing in bowl of cool water separate clumps. let hulls float to surface and skim off, refrigerate after sprouting, best used within 2 to 3 days
